Resident Portal Access

Your Resident Portal is your central hub for accessing important HOA information, making payments, and submitting requests. Through the portal, you can:

-View your account balance and assessment history

-Submit maintenance or architectural requests

-Access community documents and meeting minutes

-View the community calendar and join virtual board meetings via Zoom

 

 

How to ACCESS MY PORTAL: Go to the home page, In the Resident Sign-In, Click Forgot Password. Watch for an email from donotreply@managebuilding.com to verify your account.

If you do not get an email, go to the Contact Us page and let us know.  We will verify your account, and send you a welcome email to access your resident portal.


 

 

*** IMPORTANT: PLEASE COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING 3 STEPS! 

 -Once in your account, Click on your name in the top right corner, select My Account > Communication > Paperless Communication > Select Enrolled > Save Changes.

-Signing up for Electronic Statements helps to keep our dues low!

Set up one one time or recurring payment via the Payments Tab. $0 fee for payments withdrawn from your bank or 2.99% for card payments
