About Us

Maintenance in our neighborhood was deferred for many years. In 2023 our community members rallied together with our State Represenative to create and help get Arizona HB2607 signed into law. This bill enhances accountability for Homeowners Association's by allowing homeowners to initiate the removal of board members. If a board fails to call a special meeting to address a removal petition within 30 days, the board members are automatically removed from office on the 31st day. The bill also clarifies quorum requirements for special meetings and allows members to inspect records related to board member removal.

In 2025, our community members unanimously voted in new bylaws that afford our community greater protection against fraud and mismanagement.

All of our irrigation systems needed extensive repairs and we are systematically going throughout the neighborhood to replace all of the irrigation.

New plantings will be ongoing as the budget allows!

Good things are continually coming now that our budget is optimized!

Upcoming priorities include grass in the retention basin with a walking trail, updating playgrounds, repairing/repainting block walls, etc as the budget allows.

We have some of the best and most supportive neighbors who care about their community!
